With a team of three full-time technicians and a fleet of purpose built vehicles, Shimano Multi-Service will be supporting over 50 cycling events across the US including the USA Cycling National Championships, Ride the Rockies, Mountain States Cup and the National Racing Calendar.

Shimano Multi-Service technicians have been supporting riders for over 25 years at everything from regional rides and races to elite world class competitions. Our mechanics are part of a global team that serves as the official technical support for USA Cycling and the UCI. We also support Pro Tour events like the Giro d’Italia and the Vuelta a Espana.

Shimano mechanics provide the same level of service to world class racers and weekend riders alike. Best of all, there is never any charge to the consumer or promoter for Shimano technical support.

When not attending events, the Multi-Service staff provides training to bicycle shop mechanics at national and regional seminars and the next generation of event mechanics at the Bill Woodul USA Cycling Mechanic’s Clinic at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Shimano Multi-Service mechanics have decades of experience working in shops and with the world’s best cycling teams.

Multi-Service also plays an important role in the product feedback loop. Through constant interaction with riders, racers, shops and teams, critical real world feedback is relayed to our engineers so that they can design new products that best fit the needs of every type of cyclist and another example of how Shimano is “Engineered for the Way You Ride.”
