Terms and Conditions
1)Only purchase of warranty products from 15 September 2008 to 31st January 2009 qualify for this draw.
2)Each rod or reel must have retail price of at least RM240, no combine purchases are allowed.
3)This Warranty draw is open to customers who purchase Shimano Warranty tackles from dealers in East & West Malaysia.
4)Consumers can drop in as many entries as they want but card & draw coupon must be fully & properly filled up with dealer stamp.
5)Only the Warranty card portion from Shimano (S) Pte Ltd with “Shimano Copy” is eligible for the draw & all uncompleted card will be
disqualified from this draw.
6)All participants will qualify for the grand draw even if they win or do not win the monthly draw.
7)Monthly Winners will be published in rod & Line Magazine as well as by post.
8)The last day to qualify for this Warranty Draw is on the 31st January 2009.
9)Results of Grand Draw will be published in Rod & Line Fishing magazines.
10)Winners must bring along their original portion of the Warranty card, Lucky draw coupon together with their I/C when claiming their prize.
11)Collection of prizes will be at Oriental Fishing Tackle Sdn Bhd.
12)All prizes will be forfeited if unclaimed by 30th June 2009.
13)Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
